Lia is a third generation sign painter & visual artist raised between Detroit and Windsor. Their grandfather + parents were all sign painters & makers. Lia hopes to keep the family business alive while adding their own modern & creative touch. Lia is extremely passionate about preserving historical & community signage, documenting sign painting they’ve seen around the world and collecting books about different eras and techniques of the trade. They hope to travel internationally to paint & learn wherever they can.
